What is the RTI Assessment?
The purpose of the RTI Assessment is to increase your awareness of the hidden parts of you that serve as your source of inner strength. Specifically, it helps you understand the current state of 1) your Outer Core, comprising the Six Senses of Self™ and 2) your Inner Core, representing an even deeper part of you.
The RTI Assessment itself takes the form of an easy-to-answer online questionnaire that asks for your level of agreement with 40 simple statements, and it usually takes 10 minutes or less to complete. The statements are focused on your Resilient Core, which consists of the Outer Core (and the Six Senses of Self™) and the Inner Core (and qualities of transcendence, spirituality, and inner peace).
Within one business day after you submit your responses, you will receive a personalized feedback RTI Report via email. The report will come to you in a PDF format to allow easy reading and printing.
What will my RTI Report tell me about myself?
Your RTI Report is personalized to YOU. Critical background information on Resilience – drawing on the Resilience Tree™ model – is interwoven with your own data to convey a deep and disciplined perspective. Specifically, your information is used to depict: 1) the strength and “shape” of your Outer Core, and 2) the intensity and “shape” of your Inner Core. By explaining the different elements in these two areas, along with key attributes within them, the RTI Report provides insight into the workings of your “innermost self.”
What can I do with the results of my RTI Assessment?
As the Report develops your understanding and creates a useful vocabulary for discussing the complex topic of Resilience with others, it also suggests ways of thinking about the components of your Resilient Core and encourages you to identify areas where you might want to pay more attention. In making suggestions, the Report is careful to point out that “strengthening existing strengths” and “fortifying existing vulnerabilities” can both be strategies for considering and taking positive action. The Report also provides a “Personal Planning Worksheet” to help organize your thoughts and identify potential action priorities.
How much does the RTI Assessment cost?
There is a fee of $50 to take the RTI Assessment, which covers the assessment itself and a detailed personalized RTI Report. Payment is made during the registration process that also gives you a lifetime RTI Assessment membership to Resilience Land (providing ongoing access to member-only website content and discounts in our Forest Store, when available).
